Character Art

Since I was young, I always enjoyed bringing my imagination to life using art. I like to express my imagination through my character art, and some of my biggest inspirations are other artists that do the same! A major focus of my work is capturing and communicating emotions. I like to experiment with composition, color, shape language and illustration style in order to convey different emotions, as well as to broaden my visual vocabulary as an artist.

I find that when creating science visuals directed towards a general audience, understanding how a piece makes your viewers feel is an essential part in keeping eyes on the page, as well as effectively communicating a message! Minor details might be forgotten, but people tend to remember something that makes them feel!
